Rates based on a party of two. $2.00 per day per extra person. 14 day limit on guests.

Deposit: $200.00 required to secure a site for “Winter Texan” special. Balance due on arrival.

Refund Policy: Refunds are for serious illness or death of immediate family. A physicians statement or death certificate is required, if cancellation is before December 1 2013. Refunds subject to $50.00 cancellation fee.
No refunds after December 1, 2013 for any reason.
No refunds after arrival.
No refunds or credit on unused rent.
